Centre for Sustainable Skills at Wodonga TAFE have partnered with The National Centre for Sustainability (NCS) and project partners and are delighted to offer the opportunity for VET practitioners to complete the TAE Sustainable Practice Skill Set. As part of the implementation of the national Green Skills Agreement, the NCS Consortium partners (led by the University of Ballarat) will deliver this Skill Set nationally throughout 2012.
The aim of this professional development program is to expand the base of Australian VET practitioners from across the range of RTOs and industry areas, to develop skills and knowledge to support the delivery of skills for sustainability in their VET training programs.
The Sustainable Practice Skill Set units to be completed are:
- TAESUS501A – Analyse and apply sustainability skills to learning programs
- TAESUS502A – Identify and apply current sustainability education principles and practice to learning programs
